Decent products, shipping could improve
I recently purchased the Moisture Repair Shampoo and Conditioner, along with the Professional Hair Serum. The products themselves are quite good; my hair feels softer and looks healthier, which is what I was hoping for. The serum really adds a nice shine without weighing my fine hair down. My only real gripe was with the shipping. It took nearly two weeks for my order to arrive, which felt a bit long for a domestic shipment. Also, the tracking information wasn't updated very consistently. While the quality of the haircare is impressive, the delivery process could definitely be smoother and faster. Value for money is good though, given the results.
Good shampoo and conditioner
I tried out the Volumising Shampoo and Conditioner set. My hair did feel a bit fuller, which was nice, and it smells pretty good too. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Texas, which was fine. The packaging was neat, and it was a decent experience overall.
